Algorithm design for Event-Related Potential (ERP) extraction with less test or single trial event

    The research focuses on the application of brain computer interface (BCI) and psychological cognitive ability assessment.

    Event related potentials can reflect the functional status of the brain. The BCI system based on event-related potential can be applied to spelling, typing, lie detection, rehabilitation training for brain trauma patients, assistance to disabled persons, and human-computer coordination. The cognitive study of event-related potentials can be used in the diagnosis of brain injury, cognitive ability assessment, audio-visual impairment and mental and psychological diseases.

    The direction is mainly oriented to the application of less trial and single trial event related potential extraction algorithm design.
