Professor Shangkai Gao

    Professor & Doctoral Supervisor in Department of Biomedical Engineering, Tsinghua University.

    Professor Shangkai Gao has been working in Tsinghua University since 1970, with research interests in Brain-Computer Interface(BCI), Medical Ultrasound, Biomedical Signal and Image Processing and etc.

    She is a Fellow of the IEEE and AIMBE, and also the associate editor of IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering, the editorial board member of Physiological Measurement and Journal of Neural Engineering. 

    Professor Gao received her M.E. degree in Biomedical Engineering from Tsinghua University in 1982, and her Bachelor degree was also from the same department in 1970.
